Lips, are made up of the most delicate and sensitive skin of our face. It is the most appealing part of a human body next to eye. So it is very important to take care of your lips. In order to keep your lips healthy, glowing and soft, you need to follow a healthy lifestyle. Here are few do’s and don’ts to get even smoother and pink lips.

Dont’s   

1.Don’t sip tea, coffee and hot drinks which may burn your lips.

2.Don't sleep less than 6 hours which makes your lips duller.

3. Don’t smoke which makes your lips darker and darker.

4.Don’t bite your lips

5.Don’t use strong flavored lipsticks which may harm the delicate skin of your lips.

6.Don’t lick your lips.



Do’s

1.Consume at least 8-10 glasses of water

2.Take fruits and vegetables which have high water content.

3.Exfoliate dead cells by rubbing the lips with a soft brush.

4.Apply aloe-vera gel, glycerine to avoid you lips from getting dry especially during winter.

5. Apply cucumber juice / beet root juice over lips atleast once in a week.

6.  Take food stuffs rich in Vitamin B and iron content.
