If you have thigh fat and you are really looking forward to to get rid of thigh fat, then you are looking at the most important article you've read so far.
Thigh fat sucks! Yes Of course !! It's embarrassing, makes clothes fit weird, and seems hard to eliminate. Doesn't it?
But there is hope!!! You can tone up soon. You can shape those thighs in no time. You can successfully get rid of thigh fat, if you follow these simple tips.
5 Tips For Getting Rid Of Thigh Fat
1. Vision & Motivation:
Firstly, you will have to have a clear vision and a "reason why" statement for getting rid of thigh fat. This will help you on those days that you just don't want to stick with the program. It will give you a constant reminder as to why you are doing this, and will give you that extra boost in motivation that you need.
2. Cellulite Exercise Plan:
Now, it's time to put together a cellulite exercise plan. You need to set aside at least 4 days a week that you will do cellulite exercises. These exercises should be the one which will build lean muscle and also burn fat, and a lot of calories. Exercises like squats, hiking, running, biking and rowing are all great exercises for getting rid of thigh fat. You should do squats at least once per week and cardiovascular exercise at least 3 times per week. Mix it up and have fun while practising.
3. The Cellulite Diet:
In your cellulite diet, you will want to eat enough protein to increase your lean muscle mass, while cutting back on total calories, carbs, and fat - enough to burn that fat.
4. Cool Diet Tip:
Cut out high-calorie drinks for one week on pilot basis and observe what happens. Try to focus your fluid intake on water, milk or coffee with milk instead of cream and very little sugar (this may hurt some coffee lovers' feelings, and I am sorry for that...). Just try it.
5. Track Everything:
You can't fix what you don't track. How do you know if you lost one inch or two inches? How do you know if you lose a half pound or 2 pounds? You think that you can tell just by looking in the mirror? That's not usually the case for daily, and sometimes not even weekly, goals. One to five pounds or 1-5 inches, for some people, is such a small percentage of your total body that many times, you can be on the right track and not even know it. Tracking is not just an option; it's a must thing to do. Don't start any program not just workouts...if you aren't going to track your results.
