How to Prepare Chinese Chicken Fried Rice

Chinese Chicken Fried Rice will be very much idle for lunch. This dish alone would be enough for enjoying your meal with family especially.

Ingredients:

500 gms of Cooked Chicken (cubes)
Oil as required

½  cup of Coriander leaves (finely chopped)

½ Cup of Fresh peas

1 big sized Onion  finely chopped

1 Red bell pepper (cubes)

1 Green bell pepper (cubes)
2 Carrot (cubes)

2 Eggs

3 Cups of cooked rice

6 table spoons of Soya sauce 

The Method of preparation:


Step 1: 

Heat some oil in a pan. Add the chopped onion and saute till it turns soft.

Step 2: 

Now add the chicken cubes and 2 tablespoons of soya sauce and fry for 5 to 6 minutes constantly stirring.

Step 3: 
Then add carrots, coriander leaves, red bell pepper, peas and green bell pepper and stir-fry another 5 minutes.

Step 4: 

Now it’s time to add cooked rice. Add and stir constantly

Step 5: 

Finally, stir in beaten eggs and leftover soya sauce, heat through and serve hot.

At last, your yummy Chicken fried rice is ready.
